I attended an Ice Hockey Camp put on at the Eugene, Oregon Lane Events Center Ice Rink by Northern Edge Hockey. They put these skills development camps on all over the United States with professional and college ice hockey players as coaches.

We got a real workout with both skills and physical fitness. I would run 15 laps around the ice rink track and replaced some body fat with muscle. I was the only goalie. I learned a lot about how to coach which I plan to put to use this winter in Mammoth.

We played a full game on Friday afternoon. My dad, uncle Tony, cousin Asmara and grandmother Nana attended.
