Golf Camp At Riverridge - June-July 2008

Practicing getting out of sand trap at Riverridge - July 17, 2008
I attended three golf camps at Riverridge Golf Course in Eugene, Oregon during the weeks of June 23, June 30 and July 14. I learned a whole lot and really improved my game. I got the nickname "Sumo" for my power hitting and "Draino" for sinking putts. For more information about Riverridge click here.
The camps were run by Al Mundle. The Pacific Northwest PGA named him the Golf Professional of the Year in 1974 and 1978. In 1986 the Western Washington PGA & the Pacific Northwest PGA Section named him Teacher of the Year. In 1989, Al was inducted into the Pacific Northwest PGA Hall of Fame. Al gave me a lot of his personal time. Bud Wicks, Greg McCumsey and Pat Church were my other instructors.
